E04: Humble Beginnings: Living The Legacy

This episode tells the story of one of the greatest influences to Strength & Dignity Life my Nana Irene. The woman who impacted my life with vivid memories like pan dulce and Nescafe to Winnie the Pooh and John F. Kennedy. I share about how my parents would send me to church with her while they stayed home. How the greatest peace I experienced as a kid was in my grandmothers church on the eastside of town. This many years later I share what I wish someone had told me then that God is not confined to a building and that peace is available anytime anyplace.

To every girl who has a grandma who faithfully prays on her knees and took you to church this episode is sure to bring back memories.
